Pentagon Finds More Prison Abuse Photos

In separate photos shown on ABC News, Spc. Sabrina Harmon and Spc. Charles Graner are seen smiling and giving a "thumbs-up" sign over the body of a man identified by ABC as Manadel al-Jamadi, an Iraqi who died in U.S. custody at the prison.

Probably they wanted to induce psychological stress on other inmates to extract more information by showing these photos. Even if they did it is clear violation of Geneva Convention.

ABC reported on its Web site that the photos were taken by Sgt. Charles Frederick, who in e-mails to his family questioned why those responsible for the prisoner's death were not being prosecuted in the same manner that he is.

Why not? Why wouldn't those responsible for the prisoners' abuses in Abu Ghraib get fair justice? When someone kills outside of a prison, they are sent to jail, or in Texas' case, sent to face the lethal injection, which is itself immoral, since capital punishment is, but why won't those responsible for murdering or injuring prisoners wearing uniform be held at the same standard of laws applicable to all the other Americans?
